This option covers all aspects of the purchasing process. We-

  Establish your 'needs and expectations'

  Search for the right property using real estate network, internet, online databases and publications for listed and unlisted properties

  Short list the best available properties to review against the criteria presented by you

  Conduct a thorough due diligence on the properties short listed

  Present reports and photos of these properties

  Receive feedback from you on which properties suit your needs and which one you wish to proceed with

  Conduct a Market Analysis of recent comparable sales and other relevant
information to establish the market value of the property

  Discuss a strategy to negotiate on the property and/or bid at Auction on your behalf

  Inform you each step in the negotiation process, valuing your input

  Coordinate support services such as Building and Pest Inspections and liaise
with your solicitor and the selling agent right up to settlement.
