Option 2. Evaluate and Negotiate.

You prefer to search for your own property or have already located a property. We follow up and:

  Inspect the property

  Conduct a Market Analysis of recent comparable sales and other relevant information to establish the market value of the property

  Discuss a strategy to negotiate on the property and/or bid at Auction on your behalf

  Inform you each step in the negotiation process, valuing your input

  Coordinate support services such as Building and Pest Inspections and liaise with your solicitor and the selling agent right up to settlement.
