Option 3. Bid at Auction.

We offer an auction bidding service to take the stress and emotion out of purchasing property at Auction. With you we:

  Develop a clear auction strategy before the auction day and decide the maximum purchase price.

  If successful in securing the property 'under the hammer' on the day, a success fee of $1100 (GST included) will apply. This service also includes any negotiations should the property be passed in.

  If unsuccessful at securing the property an attendance fee of $440 (GST included) will apply.
