Service and Fees

Our clients engage us for a period of sixty (60) days. Our fees are as follows:
  A fixed activation fee is payable on registration to begin the process of searching for your property and
  A fixed fee is payable on settlement.

In most instances, clients will find that our searching and negotiating skills mean that not only do they find the property of their dreams, but the saving they make on acquisition more than compensates for our fees. It makes good commercial sense to use The Home Straight.
